I practice from bases in Great Malvern and in Colwall. I also offer sessions via Zoom, Facetime or Skype.
You can contact me via email or via phone for a free 15-min initial consultation. At this time I would take a few details and we would also start to explore a little more of how you are thinking and feeling.
Following consultation, my fee is £40 per hour.
Counselling is about working with you, not telling you, or advising you, neither is it only about me listening and never saying anything. I will work with you to explore different ways of thinking about things. I will seek to understand you and by that process help you to understand yourself.
